My document won't upload. What should I check?
Most upload problems come down to the file itself. Check that:
- The format is PDF, JPG, or PNG.
- The size is within the limit (usually 5 MB).
- The scan is clear and the whole document is visible.
Fix any of these and try again.
It still won't upload. What now?
If the upload keeps failing after checking the above, try a different browser or device, or a more stable connection — then contact support if the problem continues.
