What file formats and sizes are accepted?

Documents should be uploaded as PDF, JPG/JPEG, or PNG files. The maximum size is 5 MB per document. Where graduation marksheets are combined into a single PDF, that file may be allowed up to 10 MB.

How do I keep my files within the limit and still readable?

Scan or photograph documents in good light so the text is sharp, then save as PDF where possible. If a file is too large, reduce the scan resolution slightly or compress the PDF — but check it's still clearly readable before uploading.

My file is in the wrong format. What do I do?

Convert it to PDF, JPG, or PNG first. Most phones and scanners can save directly as PDF or image, and there are free tools to convert files. Then upload the converted file.
