How can I get help with my application?

Help is available before and after you register:


- Before registration — the FAQs, the helpline number, and the Eligibility Checker.

- After registration — chat support, ticket submission, and live assistance, in addition to the above.


What can the support team help with?

The team can help with application guidance, eligibility queries, document uploads, document review, verification, and follow-ups — and there's a dedicated grievance redressal channel if you need to raise a concern.
